Master Data Expert (m/f)
What You Will Accomplish Together with Us
- Handle change requests for material, product, vendor, or customer related data in SAP or via Master Data Governance tool (SAP MDG) for our clients
- Ensure that the whole chain of respective master data object creation steps run according to defined guidelines
- Prepare training materials and related business documentation
- Perform trainings for Key and end-users as well support UAT (User acceptance test)
- Define and control KPI, e.g., turnaround times and data completeness
- Be responsible to run related analyses and to provide input for the Data Dashboard.
What Will Convince Us
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Technical Studies, IT Administration, or related field
- Proven knowledge of project management
- Good skillset in Master Data and its steering functions, especially in material and vendor master data
- Knowledge of Data Management tools (e.g., SAP, PLM, CRM (SFDC), MDG,)
- Organizational change management capabilities are an asset
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and communication skills
- Strong digital expertise, data analytics capabilities and affinity for business processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and at least good German skills
- Ability to travel as needed
