We record papers and electronic data automatically and transfer them to your SAP system - optionally with free-form OCR text recognition via OCR scan software. Et voilà -  the workflow for checking and approval is ready to start.

For this purpose, we provide our powerful Scan Server, which reads out incoming documents in a context-specific manner, separates them, processes them and starts SAP processes, assigns and archives the documents to the business objects.
